Cookie Notice
The public MessageHop website is designed as a static, indexable site and does not currently load advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. It may use minimal local browser state for interface behavior. The authenticated consoles are separate applications and use storage required for sign-in, security, and service operation.
Public website
The public site can remember short-lived interface state such as navigation behavior. It does not require an advertising cookie banner because the current public implementation does not set non-essential advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, this notice and the consent experience will be updated before such technology is enabled where required.
Authenticated consoles
Customer, Staff, and Admin consoles may use first-party browser storage and authentication-provider mechanisms to maintain a secure signed-in session, remember required security state, prevent abuse, and complete email or multi-factor actions. Blocking essential storage can prevent sign-in or protected workflows from completing.
Third-party destinations
Links to a messaging provider, regulator, or other external site are governed by that site's own cookie and privacy practices. MessageHop does not control storage set after a user leaves the MessageHop domain.
Your controls
Browsers allow users to inspect, block, or delete site data. Removing essential console state can sign the user out and may require authentication again. For privacy questions, email hello@msghop.com.
